He did it with enthusiasm, courtesy, and a positive attitude. He was handling EVERYTHING! The desk, housekeeping issues, and helping with breakfast. However, the bright spot was a young man named DIVINE. Guests were standing to wait for coffee and hot water as well as food. The selections were fewer than at most HI Express and lacking in quality and quantity. The breakfast was slow to come out and be refilled. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed after long days at the park. I've never been made to feel so welcomed! This is a newer hotel. Each time we entered or exited the hotel she spoke to us, asking about our day and if she could help with anything. The young woman at the desk (Bernadette) was kind and so helpful.
A request for a room change was happily granted to accommodate a different bed arrangement. From the time we walked in we were greeted warmly. If the breakfast had been up to par, this hotel would have been a 5.
